Description

At the Dagstuhl meeting last week some people were interested in having GenRepr available in CoCoALib. I said it was there, but now a quick grep found nothing.

Add GenRepr to CoCoALib.

I will write GenRepr for poly/ideal leaving the marginal cases to cocoa-5 code.
