Sqfr factorization in a polynomial ring (with coeffs in a field) is the case we are most interested in.

This entire task subtree was effectively resolved by the porting of d'Ali's impl of Bernardin's algm (see #47).

The only outstanding part is when the polys are in "unusual" rings -- see #47 for details.

Despite the outstanding matters, I'm closing this task.
