Feature #367
implement LF/DF for an ideal

Incomplete function

Description
LF is the leading form. As for the other leading functions it throws an error if the polynomial is 0.
DF is the degree form (as this concept was called in Kreuzer-Robbiano book). The difference in CoCoALib/CoCoA is just that DF works also on 0 input and on 0-gradings.
