Description

Is it worth adding a new fn PrimeField?

PrimeField(0) gives RingQQ()
PrimeField(p) gives NewZmod(p)
It gives error if arg is non-zero and not a positive prime.

NB the name prime field is not universally known;
the name prime subfield is better known, but that is not
what this fn does, though it could be extended...
