ex-PolyIterator
Description
There are examples for using SparsePolyIter
; why are the files they are in called ex-PolyIterator
?
ex-PolyIterator2.C
is probably too long and complicated; can it be simplified?

Since the feature being exhibited in the examples is called SparsePolyIter
, it makes more sense that the files be called ex-SparsePolyIter
.
I wanted to show an example to Gereon, but could not find it because I looked for files whose names contained "SparsePoly".
The example in ex-PolyIterator2.C
contains too much "clutter": the actual code is about 125 lines, but only about 10 of these actually use SparsePolyIter
. The whole file is about 260 lines.
