Should there be entries for IsInteger and IsRational in the CoCoA-5 manual?

I was quite surprised to notice that there is no manual page for IsInteger and IsRational. I do note that the manual page for the obsolete command IsNumber says to look at IsInteger and IsRational.

Why is there no page? Did we just forget? Are we undecided about the user interface? Was there a manual page and we removed it for some reason? Or was it removed accidentally?
