Description

Here is a proposal:
put in the CoCoALib sources a "temporary" file into which potential CoCoALib contributors can put their experimental code while developing it.

Having a fixed, preexisting file to play with relieves the developer of the need to mess about with Makefile. Laura said she would find this helpful.

  • Target version changed from CoCoALib-0.99534 Seoul14 to CoCoALib-1.0

Now that I have added checks for new files in include/CoCoA/ and in src/AlgebraicCore/, it may be less important to have "temporary files" into which potential contributors can put their code.

Since this is not so clear, I have changed target version to "After Seoul".
