Description

Even though the code is written quite well it would be handy to have some documentation ;-)
The most difficult question is "where should it be?" with CoCoALib doc?

I think the doc for the parser/interpreter should be separate from CoCoALib doc; the doc should be somewhere in the subtree rooted at src/CoCoA-5/
