Description

Latest addition in CoCoALib could also be useful in CoCoA-5...
but since symbol is not a type in CoCoA-5 that could be quite tricky.

Here are a couple of suggestions which do not require manipulating symbol directly. If these two fns cover almost all uses then it may be worth implementing them.

We could offer a fn for creating a polyring all of whose indets are "anonymous"; the user simply says how many indets there are.

We could also offer a fn which "extends" an existing polyring by adding (1 or more) anonymous indets to it -- by convention these indets would be the last ones, say.

Now I'm incline to say "no" and reject the issue: too much hassle for very little use.
NewSymbol()/NewSymbols(n) are very useful at CoCoALib level, but not at CoCoA-5 level.
