Description

CoCoALib does not depend on READLINE.
Change the LDLIBS and CPP flags so that CoCoALib is completely independent of READLINE.

The configure script was changed some time ago; now it is clear which options are relevant to CoCoALib and which to CoCoA-5.
I still prefer the idea of two separate configuration scripts, but do accept that that would be inconvenient for less experienced users wishing to compile CoCoA-5or CoCoALib.
