Description

Most entries in the CoCoAManual include a succinct description of the syntax like the following

factor(F: RINGELEM): RECORD

However, we have not been consistent about the spacing (esp. around the colon).

Make it consistent!

To see an example of inconsistency, just type ?: into CoCoA. This gives the page for infix operators. It looks a bit messy with so much variation in the spacing.

"low" priority because the manual is perfectly usable as is; it would just be nicer if it were more uniform.

I believe I've don it all now.
With the tags <type> and <rtn> most things were done.
I improved ?: as well.
Closing.
