In my personal working version of CoCoA-5.2.5 the command @ExternalLibs()@ returns an empty list even though @VersionInfo@ reports that @GMP@ and @Frobby@ are present. Moreover @configure --again@ reports that @GSL@ @GSL and @READLINE@ were also present.
