Support #941
Improve coverage of CoCoA-5 tests
Description
While trying to "modernize" the CoCoA-5 packages, I thought that running the CoCoA-5 tests would be a good way of tracking down where "backward" names need to be updated. Surprisingly, there were will very many lines of "backward" code even after I made all the tests work: I found them by grepping for \b[A-Z][a-z]*(
Add new tests so that coverage is better (even if 100% is probably too ambitious).

This is likely to be an arduous task, and will surely take a long time.
My hope is that the same tests can still be used when the code is ported to CoCoALib; this would justify the time investment.
NOTE it will be difficult to know whether #940 has been done properly until this issue is resolved.
