Bernhard Andraschko (here in Passau) has written a couple of packages for CoCoA-5.
He asked how they should be contributed. Our website offers little help.

One possibility is to add a new internal page about contributing packages, and this page could link to JSAG.

Think about it; possible design; decide and implement if appropriate.
