ideal generated by GBasis

Syntax
IdealOfGBasis(I: IDEAL): IDEAL

Description
After the GBasis of I is (explicitely or implicitely) computed, it is stored within I for future use. This function returns the ideal generated by the GBasis of I , and knows it is a GBasis.

/**/  J1 := ideal(GBasis(I));
