MultiArrRestrictionZiegler    --    Ziegler multirestriction of the arrangement of hyperplanes wrt a hyperplane


Syntax 
MultiArrRestrictionZiegler(A: LIST, H: RINGELEM): LIST

Description
This function returns the Ziegler multirestriction of the arrangement of hyperplanes A with respect to its hyperplane H in the variables [y[1],..,y[n]].
