IsIndetPosPower --
check if argument is a power of an indeterminate
Syntax
IsIndetPosPower(X: RINGELEM): BOOL
Description
This function tests whether X is a (positive) power of an indeterminate.
If so, it returns true; otherwise it returns false. An error is
signalled if X is not a RINGELEM or if RingOf(X) is not a
polynomial ring.
