Equality Operator --
test whether two values are equal or not

These operators test for equality or not-equality. The first form
returns
true if
A is equal to
B, otherwise it returns
false.
The second form is the same as
not(A=B). These operators signal an
error if the types of
A and
B differ, or if they are ring elements
belonging to different rings.
